do you have a reccommended installation time for installing headers on an 04 dodge 1500 5.7L hemi? We do not have a set time for installation since there are so many factors involved they could hinder progress in the procedure. Worn motor mounts, worn tranny mount, seized bolts, and so on, will be a factor. Worn out mounts will cause the motor to sag or move making the fitment of our headers, which are designed specifically for the application, to be misaligned and tight in the engine compartment. At a minimum the install should take 2 hours if the vehicle is in good condition. Hope this was helpful!
